Manager/Senior Manager/AGM/DGM - Sales - Glass Pharma Packaging

We have opportunity with MNC into Glass pharma packing sector for Sales profile.

Candidate from similar industry or worked in similar industry earlier & would like to come back can apply.

Profile :

- Responsible for leading the sales efforts

- Plays a vital role as a member of the team and will be instrumental in the development and execution of the strategic plan

- Establish and implement the sales strategy to meet the growth objectives of the business and achieve maximum results

- Is focused on exceeding sales objectives, enhancing customer relationships, increasing market share and supporting the overall operations of the business

- Create and strengthen a world-class sales organization

- Maintain existing relationships with key customers and key distributors

- Recommend strategies to explore new business opportunities

- Assure product line sales and profits exceed financial targets

Note : Candidate from glass container sales for pharma sector are preferred.

Candidate from like sales for pharma packaging products like Prifilled Syringes, Empty Capsules, blister packing for medicine packing should apply.
