Manager/Senior Manager/AGM - Business Conglomerate - CA

Hiring for Manager/ Senior Manager/AGM for Leading Business Conglomerate in Mumbai. Must we well aware of Stock Statements, FFR, Due diligence, UFCE, stock audits, Valuation reports. 

Qualification : CA (1st Attempt/ 2nd Attempt). 

Industry : Manufacturing. 

Job Description :

1. Preparation of business model including CMA of a large company.

2. Good Banking relations and the ability to raise funds.

3. Knowledge of handling and reply to Stock Statements, FFR, Due diligence, UFCE, stock audits, Valuation reports

4. Knowledge of Documentation and handle both Ist charge and 2nd charge related matters.

5. Good knowledge of SAP and Business tools, viz. Excel, Powerpoint, etc.,

6. Knowledge of other areas of banking including imports and exports.

7. Independently handling of working capital related MIS.
