- Outstanding sales, negotiation and presentation skills
- Very strong People Management skills, ability to lead both experienced people, develop and mentor junior team members
- Skilled in multi-tasking, managing deadlines, and prioritizing all within a fast-paced environment
- Superb communication skills
- Proven ability to devise and deliver creative, exciting and innovative digital partnerships
- Senior level contacts in advertising industry including brands and agencies
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing required or equivalent work experience
The Job Responsibilities would include :
- Revenue generation/ maintaining/ upgrading relationships with the existing & new media agencies.
- Managing and driving relationships with all major brands, top agencies & their subsidiaries.
- Pitch & Sign up new clients and service-scale up existing accounts.
- Generating revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, forecasting business and market needs, formulating and implementing your personal sales strategy, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Proven record of driving revenue directly from agencies and clients
- Ensuring detailed Client Profile Research, Client Servicing, Rigorous and timely follow-ups along with providing after sales support.
- Help clients with Mobile media and Rich Media Interactive ad formats across top Mobile Web & App destinations.
