Its services build a crucial link to entertainment and information for mobile users and has continuously pioneered lifestyle changing mobile-based products in Asia, South-East Asia, Gulf and Africa countries.

The client provides simple and affordable telecom products, specially designed basis taste & behavior of different markets.

We connect mobile users with affordable and innovative offerings, utilizing SMS, USSD, IVR and WAP channels. We are an advanced technology company, devoted in delivering mobile applications with guaranteed reliability, in formats that make content instantly usable and searchable.

For greater accessibility and convenience for customers, we offer different payment arrangements through billing platforms via Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Premium Short Code or WAP.

Position- Manager/Sr Manager - Affiliate Performance

Qualification

Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing)

Experience

- At least 3-5 experience in Affiliate Marketing

- Substantial experience in managing an affiliate campaign as part of a web/marketing team

- Experience in setting up & implementing affiliate programs

- Background in managing large scale affiliate programs

- Experience of managing change and implementing new initiatives

- Knowledge and interest about technology, marketing and communications.

- Extensive online marketing experience

- Excellent sales and negotiation track record

Desirable-

Working in an agency/network/client side

Working in telecom sector

Role Dimension

1) You will be responsible for growing the business internationally through Affiliate Marketing & online partnerships via CPL, CPM, CPC & CPA. In this ROI-focused role, you will identify and develop opportunities in numerous countries, driving aggressive, profitable growth.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of managerial, strategic, commercial and creative thinking qualities along with the ability to adopt a hands-on approach to the role. They will lead a team in building strong, progressive growth in territories and maintain senior level relationships to grow affiliate networks.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

- Leading and develop the Affiliate Marketing channel, managing in-house program and external affiliate networks

- To manage online marketing tools (bid management, affiliate management, analytics), providing reporting and analysis to the business and overseeing the adoption of new tools

- To identify, create and optimize various online partners including mobile, PPC and social media.

- Extensive experience running large scale affiliate marketing

- Knowledge of digital channels

- Delivering against the traffic and sales targets for the affiliate channel

- Experience media planning, forecasting and budgeting

- Ambitious, positive individual who has a genuine love for affiliate marketing

- Analytically minded who can evaluate performance of affiliate activities and provide insight to the wider team

- A proven track record in delivering profitable online marketing campaigns internationally

- A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices

- Experience planning and managing mid-to-large budgets

Key Skills / Knowledge

- Crucial knowledge of Affiliate Industry

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- The ability to work as an independent decision maker, along with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
