Designation: Manager/Sr Manager - Administration
Job description :
- Under management direction plans, develops, coordinates and directs the activities related to several functional areas of administrative or facility services.
- The job apart from running & operating multiple facilities in Bangalore, involves safety and employee related services. Hands- on expertise in execution of the corporate policies with a focus on providing safe, secure and quality work environment, internal customer satisfaction & efficient cost management.
- A strong Planner, with ability to Formulate & Implement cost control measures. A smart negotiator with ability to finalize cost effective contracts. Interfacing with internal and external departments to ensure smooth day to day business operations. Management of large sized facilities, multiple offices, utilities etc.is essential and should be able to set up new location & to manage remotely.
- General Administration services like House- Keeping, Security, Access controls, Transport, Stationary & Printing etc. Asset management. Upkeep & Maintenance of Office Equipment, including telecommunication and Reprographics Administration of company leased office and residential premises. Statutory compliances. Desired Candidate
Profile :
- Managerial level experience in the field of General Administration, Lease Management, Facility Management, Liaison, Vendor management and Asset management.
- Should have compliance management experience
- Must be good communicator with extremely MIS/Dashboard reports to do be able to hands-on
