Job Description :
- This role will primarily be responsible for online ad sales and revenue generation in the assigned region. This is a highly target driven role .
- The individual must have a passion to sell.
- Establishing and growing relationships with advertisers
- Actively identifying and pursuing new advertising and revenue opportunities
- Understand how technology works and the ability to explain the same.
- Providing actionable insight on ad performance using analytics tools
- Reporting on ad sales, impressions and related metrics
- Client servicing and Key account management
- To meet the assigned quarterly revenue targets
Key Skills :
- Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player
- High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure, persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.
Experience : 5 - 8 years of relevant industry experience (with at least 2 - 3 years in online agency business or within online media sales)
Qualification : Graduate / MBA
Notice Period : 30-45 days / Immediate
Target Industries : Online Advertising Agencies / Digital Ad sales background - Mandatory
Most Important Thing : Candidate should be from Digital Ad Sales background
Interview Process : 2-3 Rounds (Interviews will be conducted on a single day)
