Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts & Taxation - Manufacturing/FMCG/Infra - CA

Location: Thane

Qualification: CA with first attempt.

Industry: FMCG/Manufacturing/Engineering/ Infrastructure Companies

Experience: 8 - 12 years industry experience with exposure to ERP (preferably SAP) environment, Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation.

Responsibilities/ Duties:

Accounts/Auditing:

- Overall responsible for Accounts, monthly closure of accounts with adequate provisioning.

- Ensuring compliance with procedures & manuals for the preparation & maintenance of statutory books of accounts and financial statements, ensuring compliance with time & accuracy norms.

- Ensure effective operation of accounting controls on GL, Invoice Processing, AR, FA, Bank Recon, Maker & checker controls, adequate documentation of accounting records, Party reconciliations, Payroll accounting & reconciliations.

- Closely working with auditors and ensuring preparation & finalization of the financial statements ensuring time and accuracy norms.

- Preparation of Accounts as per IGAAP & IFRS

- Coordinating & effectively closing various auditors viz Statutory, Internal, Tax, Revenue audits

- Work on cost aspects of the department.

- Managing various requirement of Top management with respect to legal disputes and various other matters
