Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - NBFC

A Leading NBFC is looking to hire Manager/Sr. Manager - Accounts and Finance.

Candidates only from Mumbai and BFSI Sector apply.

- Responsible for review of routine accounting for the lending/borrowing operations of the NBFC which includes interest accounting/accruals/fees accounting etc. along with OPEX/ Payroll accounting.

- Ensuring review of compliances w.r.t. to maintaining statutory records including accounting vouchers/ bills/ invoices and transaction backup papers etc.

- Experience of preparation of various management reports, MIS, budgets etc.

- Experience in routine banking and treasury operations.

- Familiar with the preparation of data/information for sharing it with Banks for borrowings/treasury management.

- Preparations of various reports/returns for RBI on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis, various returns, and reports.

- Understanding of secretarial and corporate compliances such as drafting letters/ minutes / ROC flings etc.

- Meeting routine Compliances with respect to payment/filing of returns for statutory dues like Direct Taxes and Indirect taxes.

- Liaisoning with internal and external auditors for timely completion of statutory audit/ internal audits etc.
