Manager/Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - eCommerce/FMCG

1) Preparation and Review of Financial Statements (Indian GAAP & IND AS) of the Company and portfolio companies

2) Setting up of the Standard Accounting Processes for the company and portfolio companies

3) Tax Filings & Compliances

4) Oversee day to day accounting, legal & compliances Financial Planning, Reporting and supporting senior management

5) Implementation of SAPs and business intelligence tools along with the consultants

6) Accounting policies internal audits (IFCs) for the portfolio companies

7) Liaison with Big4 for the Audit Process

Skills Sets : Experience for 5-10 years with exposure to Big4 (preferable) in the similar profile.

Should be excellent with Excel, Power Points
