Job Description:A Sr. Growth Marketer is responsible for developing and executing ABM strategies tailored to key targeted enterprise accounts, aligning with overall business objectives. Developing compelling sales plays for multiple buyer personas, executing integrated marketing campaigns and sales enablement efforts are critical to this position.
Responsibilities:
Account Based Marketing:- Develop and implement effective Outbound account-based marketing strategies to engage and convert Enterprise customers, with a roadmap to expand initiatives to large enterprises, key sub-verticals, and multiple personas.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify target accounts, create personalised campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer acquisition.
- Work with Sales Ops to identify gaps in key personas and contact information within the key target accounts; drive the development and management of all data and insights to inform the addition of other key personas and contacts as necessary into the mix and within the total account scope.
Event & Multichannel Campaign:- Plan, develop & execute Integrated marketing campaigns through digital paid/ organic, experiential events etc.
- Responsible for driving customer acquisition via PPC, SEO, Display, Paid Social, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Content Syndication, and other demand-related channels.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ABM efforts.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, trade shows & sponsorships, events and webinars that generate fresh leads, drive pipeline growth and increase pipeline velocity.
- Understanding consumer journeys on the website, knowledge of SEO/ keywords, and working with other cross-functional teams to drive Inbound business impact
Sales Enablement:- Create sales collateral and tools that align with the buying process and help move prospects customers through the sales cycle
- Contribute towards sales and partner enablement initiatives. Ensure that marketing assets are utilised for driving commercial outcomes.
- Improving win rates by enabling better messaging and demo experiences and collaborating with the Sales team on strategic swing deals and Enterprise/ Super Enterprise Accounts.
- Develop and use competitive intelligence to develop counter-strategies to neutralise competitive influence on the customer's buying decisions
- Collaboratively build demand models and determine the number of MQLs and SQLs that need to be delivered by marketing to ensure the required pipeline coverage for sales success in each quarter. Deliver deal pipeline month over month.
Educational Qualification / Work Experience / Skills :- PG / MBA with Minimum 3 years of Marketing experience at enterprise B2B SaaS companies, preferably working for India, MENA, SEA and Africa geographies.
- Hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the field and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM), is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical(A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics) and quantitative skills; easily able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- A great storyteller with experience in building engaging content on presentation slides, email, long-form content, video, or snackable content.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to work across functions to achieve and scale results.
- Proficiency in integrating marketing channels including but not limited to website, email, display ads, retargeting, and in-person events (Virtual and in-person).
- Previous experience in events, particularly in the enterprise software or SaaS industries, would be highly beneficial.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors to support strategic events and other Marketing programs.
