We are looking for relevant experience in Executive Remuneration, Long Term Incentive plan design (like ESOPs, RSUs etc), Sales Incentive Plans, Annual Bonus Plan Design, Board based remuneration etc.... across industries.
Will manage rewards consulting projects for clients
What you need to have:
- MBA/Post Graduation in Human Resources or equivalent from premier B school (2014, 2015 OR 2016 passout)
- 6-8 years of experience post qualification
- Relevant experience in compensation domain (prior consulting experience is preferable)
