1. Leading due diligence engagements which are medium to large size in nature.
2. Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records.
3. Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information.
4. Identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination.
5. Identifying CPs, SPs and valuation adjustments as well as pre/post-acquisition issues.
6. Reviewing adjustment tables - adjusted EBITDA, adjusted Net Debt and adjusted Working Capital prepared by team.
7. Preparing reports and schedules.
8. Assist Partners / Directors in preparing proposals and new business development.
