This Team Lead role will be responsible for managing the daily tasks of the senior associates and for supporting the review of daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to local European Regulators including but not limited to, Deutsche Bundesbank and several other European national competent authority filings on Regulatory Capital, Liquidity and Large Exposure reporting as well as various statistical requirements, internal management and external ad-hoc reporting.

- Review workpapers for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Stay informed of regulatory changes and develop processes for implementation of new reporting requirements

- Review and analyze financial data in order to complete filings, understand fluctuations and uncover potential inaccuracies

- Review reconciliations across products and reports

- Review source system data reconciliation vs GL

- Review edit check explanations

- Respond promptly to external/internal inquiries regarding financial data reported or filed and ad hoc request

- Perform quality control of submitted reports and schedules

- Maintain detailed procedures and documentation for the above regulatory filings

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance, business, or equivalent

- Proven track record of advancement, managerial and business success, preferably at a large financial services company

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services

- Treasury International Capital reporting experience strongly desired

- Complex problem resolution and general management expertise

- Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills

- Proven track record of successful project execution

- Ability to multi-task and work under high pressure deadlines

- Ability to reprioritize timely

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work with other departments and represent the team in a positive manner

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with bank reporting and local German/IFRS accounting

- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity

- Chartered Accountant certification (not required but beneficial)

- Familiarity with financial products and financial institution operations

- Familiarity with European Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), German Banking Act (KWG) and local European reporting requirements in Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands
