Manager/Senior Associate/Associate - Credit - SME Lending - NBFC

We have job opening in NBFC firm for credit manager in SME lending.

Mandatory experience : Managing portfolio in crores and working capital etc.

Designation : Manager/Senior Associate/ Associate - Credit

Location: Mumbai

Job Profile:

- Preparation of Credit appraisal notes based on analysis of business model and financial parameters and present to internal and external committees.

- Undertake field level due diligence of the proposed borrower along with Relationship Managers.

- Follow up with Portfolio team for submission of regular financial updates of portfolio companies, analyze them and highlight identified areas of probable stress.

- Collaborate with team members from Risk/Operations/Legal for requisite work flow and approvals.

- Responsible for monitoring borrowers/companies along with the Relationship manager/s covering site visit to offices.

Education and Experience requirements:

a) An MBA in Finance or a Chartered Accountant/ ICWA.

b) Proven ability to perform financial statement analysis and recommend credit proposals.

c) Working with Banks, NBFCs, Rating Agencies or Venture funds and exposure to SME funding would be useful.

d) Approximately 3-8 years of proven track record in similar roles.

e) Compensation would be commensurate to the relevant experience and would be benchmarked/slightly higher than the industry.
