Position Manager - Seller Relationship Management

Reports to Sr. Manager - Seller Relationship Management

Experience : Should be from E-Commerce or Retail Background. Tier 1 colleges.

Overview of the Role -

- Develop deep and long standing relationship with the sellers - to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical

- Grow Seller sales in line with Category objectives.

- Have an in depth knowledge of competition and ability to influence the market

- Identify opportunities and levers to increase category sales.

- Ensure seller participation in all the activities that are targeted towards them

- Improve target realization through key account management

- Develop strong rapport with external customers - primarily sellers & partners

- Manage day to day activities of the RE team assigned to him

- Drive the team to achieve desired results by coordinating with the category team effectively and driving the metrics that would be derived basis the understanding with the category team.

- Actively contribute and lead process level improvement ideas to provide enhanced service experience for Sellers

- Monitor and drive seller performance through collaboration with the Business Intelligence team or Internal Analytics

- Ensure all processes within the team are followed as per the SOP

- Periodically audit calls & emails to identify gaps & coach team members

- Drive seller centric culture within the team and walk the talk

- Escalate unresolved issues to the correct teams and follow up till closure

- Own, Plan & Conduct Performance reviews & appraisals for the team

- Actively engage in R&R for the team and drive employee motivation

- All other duties as assigned

- Financial Revenue Generation and seller growth

- Non - Financial Co-ordination with various teams, Performance Management, Seller and partner Management, Collaboration skills, Strategic Initiatives

Skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of about 20 REs. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all Category issues. Work with different teams to resolve issues within timelines.
