Responsibilities :
- Work closely with commercial team to understand items, specification, price to sell in the marketplace.
- Identify channels, e.g., online, and offline, for seeking potential sellers of the items.
- Forecast volume and number of new sellers and activities required to incubate them.
- Conduct the pitching, negotiate deals until closure to get potential sellers to join the marketplace.
- Educate sellers on features, promotional campaign and market insights.
- Implements campaigns for new sellers.
- Interact with stakeholders of different teams (example category management, search) to ensure products sold by new sellers receive enough visibility on the product pages.
- Update the management team on weekly progress.
