Manager - Securitization - NBFC

- Due Diligence of the potential selected pool.

- Finalisation of Cashflows.

- Co-Ordinating with Originator, Credit and Legal Team for On-Boarding new Originator / Clients and continuous monitoring.

- Publishing monthly payout calculation reports along with future cash flows factoring prepayments to the Originator within the TAT.

- Responding and Resolving to any queries/clarifications sought by the Originator.

- Providing payout confirmation to Treasury team & co-ordination with Originator & Banks.

- Ensuring that the transaction is in accordance with the RBI Guidelines.

- Should have knowledge of legal documentation and execution of Direct Assignment and PTC transactions.

- Ready to take any sporadic projects / requirements that may come up.
