- We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise to lead growth-focused digital initiatives and be a strong person to drive Organic Marketing.

- The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of User Experience (UX), User Journeys, and works seamlessly with Product Managers and Analytics Teams to implement next-generation marketing technologies.

- The candidate should possess expertise in Programmatic SEO, Paid Search, and Social Listening, with the ability to develop digital solutions centered on conversion-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze user behavior and optimize customer journeys through A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates.

- Collaborate with Analytics teams to track and interpret user data, building actionable insights for marketing campaigns and product improvements.

- Execute scalable strategies to drive organic traffic growth through automation and structured content development.

- Leverage social listening tools to understand market trends and develop digital solutions based on conversion keywords.

- Work closely with Product Managers & Leadership to integrate marketing strategies into product development and launches.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX).

- Proven experience with Programmatic SEO, Paid Search, and Social Listening tools.

- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA4, MixPanel, Adobe Omniture.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Analytics.

- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
