Manager - Scrum Master - IT

Technical Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Scrum, ScrumXP and SAFe.

- Good Agile Practitioner, care taker of the Agile process.

- Exhibits the behavior of Lean Agile Mindset (being Agile and doing Agile).

- Experience in participating PI planning and PI execution.

- Participate in ART Sync meetings (Scrum of Scrums).

- Good facilitator of Scrum events namely Daily Stand-up, Iteration Planning, Iteration Demo.

- Helps relentless improvement through Retrospective facilitation.

- A team coach in reinforcing the Agile Practices.

- Coach team in backlog refinement and Agile estimation (feature and story sizing).

- Helps protect team from uncontrolled expansion of work.

- Proactively address issues (impediments) and helps removing them so team can remain focused on iteration objectives.

- Helps building high-performing team by coaching them to manage interpersonal conflicts and self-organization.

- Actively track iteration progress using Burn Down Chart.

- Track functional metrics (Committed vs Completed velocity) and Quality metrics (test coverage, no.of defects, refactors).

- Helps Product Owner to manage the backlog and provide the predictability.

- Frequency based management reporting on product development.

Process Skills:

- Familiar with XP practices

- DevOps or DevSecOps (CE, CI, CD)

- Experience in working Agile tools like AGM, Version1, JIRA, VSTS etc..
