Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Marketing Effectiveness Analytics teams responsible for shaping and delivering the analytics and insight needed to drive Marketing Effectiveness programs across multiple clients & project
- Responsible for managing & developing existing and/or new client relationships in the Marketing Effectivenss Analytics space
- Provide company thought leadership in a number of areas related to Marketing Effectiveness including customer segmentation, predictive modeling, Market Mix Modeling, data mining strategy and other analytic approaches
- Lead team members, including personal development and set work direction
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Effectiveness Analytics environment with at least 4 of years of experience leading a mid-size Analytical team
- Have analytical/statistical experience such as predictive modelling, Segmentation analysis, multiple regression, Market Mix Modeling
- Proven ability to grow or build a successful teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical, presentation and planning skills
- Effective Leader who can connect with team members and stakeholders with ease
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks; strong organizational skills
- Experience in working with US / international clients
- Master degree in engineering or Quantitative discipline / MBA preferred from a reputed institute
