Primary purpose and function of this position:
- The BA will be part of the Success Factors Service and Support team. In this role, your focus will be leading the SF reporting solution across all functional modules including.
- From understanding business needs, defining requirements, determining the best technical solution, and implementing the solutions in the system, such that they meet customer expectations.
Education and Knowledge Requirements:
- 3+ years leading hands on success Factors reporting tools.
- Experience with implementing employee Central.
- EC SF Certified
- Vast experience in writing reports using Stories technology
- Good knowledge of ORD reporting, Report center.
- Knowledge of Integration and EC API's
Job Requirements :
- Individual Contributor - can work independently on tasks end to end and with different stakeholders from IT and business
- Customer facing BA with experience in requirement gathering, solution design, Documentation
- Vast hands on Technical experience with Building reports with different tools such as ORD, Advanced reporting, Ad Hoc reporting, Dashboards, Report Stories
- People Analytics
- Reporting in different SF modules
- Report Center and Insights
- Establishing Reporting guidelines, procedures and documentation templates
- Level 2 support, Handling support tickets as well as supporting other consultants Reporting expert
- Responsible for support with Vendor on relevant issues
- Application Release management including impact analysis and communication with Stakeholders
- Supporting reporting requirements - creating and updating reports as part of ongoing delivery or projects
- Business user engagement activities including requirements gathering, presenting solutions, UAT support and general training
- Document business requirements, write functional and technical designs, carry out configuration and setups in the system to perform the required changes
- Maintain and practice standards as defined by GxP and Company SOPs
- Attend meetings as required
Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills
- Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Self-driven, results oriented and someone who takes ownership. High external and internal service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy and social skills.
- Must have solid interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders to understand, propose, and deliver solutions
- Successful experience working in a team environment and with a multi-disciplinary and global team
- Pharmaceuticals industry experience and knowledge a plus
