Manager - SAP PLM

This is a PLM functional requirement.

1. Responsible for providing functional subject matter expertise on SAP PLM processes.

2. Candidate to have excellent understanding on core SAP PLM process for CG&S industry i.e. Specification Management, Recipe Management, Label Management, Document management, Engineering change management and Regulatory and compliance

3. Candidate is expected to have good understanding on Business process monitoring, technical monitoring, performance management for critical business processes.

4. To have completed at least 1 Application management and support project

5. Drive critical application issues, drive service improvements, problem management

6. Knowledge on SAP Solution Manager.

7. Preferred skill to have knowledge on Remedy tool

8. Excellent client facing communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
