This role will be accountable for delivery management and people management. This role will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Liaise between employee and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Point of contact to manage end to end Opco requirements
High level stakeholder engagements - Hub Lead, HRBP, COE; Manage communication with internal stakeholders / partners, vendors etc ; Organize Monthly, Weekly service calls with all stakeholders
Ensure RCA of all Issues/Escalation and robust implementation
Reputation management of HRSSC with RO including HRBP, COE
Manage WPA Transactional for end to end Opco requirements
Ensuring Payroll cut off readiness for smooth processing for permanent staff
Data Management - Ensuring data accuracy standards as per Data, Reporting norms
Partnering with RO teams to ensure HR services agenda is delivered.
Part of HRSSC Leadership team - Provide input in strategic decision making with Hub Lead and HRSSC Head.
Lead Project / New deployments for Opco
Assist in providing robust control framework through implementation of Governance and risk model
Continuously Look at opportunities to get more HR delivery requirements
Work closely with Transition manager on all deployments
