Manager - SAP BSC - BFSI

Contribute on following types of assignments for clients in various sectors:

- SAP audit OR SAP post implementation reviews OR SAP health check OR SAP diagnostic review OR SAP business process and controls review OR SAP utilization assessment

- SAP pre-implementation review OR Quality Assurance review of SAP during implementation

- SAP benefit realization assessment

- Review of IT general controls

- ERP selection and vendor selection

- Project management of SAP implementations

- Work on full lifecycle of the projects from planning, to execution, and closure

- Prepare, submit, present deliverables (reports, risk control matrices, observation logs etc.) to client and internal stakeholders

- Apply perspectives of leading business practices, standard SAP solutions, and internal controls in SAP to client processes and identify gaps, as well as guide and support team members on these perspectives

Competencies:

- Understanding and knowledge of concepts of risks and internal controls in business processes

- Understanding of control frameworks such as SOX, COSO, COBIT, IFC etc.

- Understanding of business processes such as record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, manufacture-to-inventory, hire-to-retire etc. in multiple sectors

- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module (configuration, process, and master data) and high-level understanding of how other modules work and integrate

- Excellent communication skills - written as well as verbal. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in lucid business language

- Strong command on English language

- Multi-tasking - work on more than one assignments at the same time

- Excellent skills with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Word

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team

- Flexibility to travel - domestic as well as international

- SAP module implementation experience preferred (any SAP module)

- Certification in SAP module desirable

Required Qualification :

- B.E/B.Tech /MBA from a reputed college or equivalent, or Engineering.
