Procurement Operations Manager - SAP ARIBA S2P implementation
Responsibilities:
- Effective Service delivery of Ariba Procurement suite across the region
- Scoping /sizing and implementing the new Ariba cloud-based support / service model.
- Own the team recruitment and bring in appropriate resources to staff various Ariba support teams.
- Train and upskill team members across Ariba and SAP integration elements
- Manage the team comprising of Procurement Operations Support team lead
- Procurement desk support
- Ariba technical Administration
- Supplier enablement team & Global 3rd party vendor management teams
- Catalogue enablement resources
- Trusted business partner for regional Procurement function to facilitate requirements and cope with changing business needs
- Define, Implement, monitor & execute agreed KPI's for Sourcing and Procurement support
- Define effective reporting governance and reporting for sustainable Ariba operations in region.
- Implement the Global E-Procurement and sourcing strategy in the region.
- Communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders including senior management.
- Oversee the effective maintenance of Desk top procedures and Operating manuals
In depth Experience with ARIBA Service delivery management for Procurement
- Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in Implementing E Procurement solutions with strong experience in Ariba S2P platform
- Minimum experience of 2 end to end SAP Implementation projects
- Certified E Procurement consultant in SAP SRM or similar
- SAP MM consulting experience with strong focus on SAP Purchasing
- SAP Plant Maintenance experience with deep knowledge of integrated ordering between SAP and E Procurement
- Deep knowledge of Interface design and interactions with SAP purchasing module and E procurement solution.
- Understanding of Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solution and interaction with SAP and Ariba
