Key Responsibilities:

Upselling and Product Promotion:

- Promote the entire product line of Mutual Fund and other Financial Assets offered by the AMC.

- Upsell Mutual Fund products to existing clients to enhance their investment portfolios.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Acquire High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients, focusing on the Affluent and Super Affluent Client segments.

- Develop strategies to attract new clients and increase Assets Under Management (AUM) from preferred clients.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their investment needs.

Business Development and Achievement of Targets:

- Achieve assigned business targets through effective client acquisition and upselling strategies.

- Enhance and upgrade client relationships to increase their net worth and investment with the AMC.

Channel Partner Management:

- Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive mutual business goals.

- Collaborate with channel partners to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Sales Execution and Client Engagement:

- Implement monthly sales plans to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.

- Maintain regular contact with all assigned clients through weekly/monthly calls and meetings to provide updates and address their investment needs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on Mutual Funds.

- Strong understanding of Mutual Fund products and financial markets.

- Ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and manage relationships effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with HNI clients and channel partners.

- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Education and Certifications:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications such as AMFI (Association of Mutual Funds in India) certification would be advantageous
