Desired Candidate Profile:
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or an MBA in Marketing Management.
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, with a focus on project sales for the Western region.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in project sales within the water and wastewater sector.
- Ability to appoint, develop, and retain business through networking, cold calling, and market intelligence.
- Proficiency in leading business development efforts for MLP in the designated region.
- Skilled in identifying potential markets and expanding business to increase market share.
- Capability to close deals based on technical and commercial terms and conditions.
- Strong analytical skills to drive market share growth in the assigned territory.
- Experience with leading water/wastewater treatment companies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales for small projects and standard plants, as well as large orders from industrial clients.
- Engage in extensive travel to meet with clients and consultants regularly.
