Position: Manager Sale (Dept : Environment).

Exp: 5-8 yrs.

Location: Pune.

Responsibility:

- Mapping of assigned markets.

- Corporate coverage & relation building.

- Consultant visits & relation building.

- End users market coverage for green field/ brown field/ expansion projects.

- Client visits for techno-commercial discussions.

Key Skills:

- Ready to travel/ soft spoken/ result oriented/ knowledge of water & wastewater or industrial utility systems.

- The Manager, Sales (Environment) will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned market for our environmental solutions.


- This role requires a strong understanding of the water and wastewater or industrial utility systems, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


- Market Mapping: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the assigned region.


- Corporate Coverage: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies to foster long-term partnerships.


- Consultant Relations: Collaborate with consultants and engineering firms to promote our products and services.


- End-User Market Coverage: Actively engage with end-users to identify greenfield, brownfield, and expansion projects.


- Client Visits: Conduct client visits to discuss technical and commercial aspects of our solutions and address their needs.


- Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and forecast sales revenue.


- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.


Required Qualifications:


- 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the environmental or industrial sector.


- Strong understanding of water and wastewater or industrial utility systems.


- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.


- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.


- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively.


- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience in selling environmental solutions or products.


- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.


- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. A bachelor's/ Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
