Sales Manager- Warehouse Automation
Technical Skills Required:
- Understanding of Warehouse Solutions.
- Awareness of the latest technologies being used in Warehouse Automation (Industry 4.0Standards).
- Techno-Commercial Proposals preparations
- If he or she has a background of Robotics and warehouse automation solution would be advantage.
Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for developing new business opportunities and business models.
2. Identifies, develops, and manages channel partners to achieve channel goals.
3. Develops forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for channels partners.
4. Develops and implements plans for strategic accounts and / or markets.
5. Build a Sales pipeline.
6. Liaison effectively with the in-house, marketing, operations, and peers in other countries.
7. Report on the sales results timely and weekly and proactive advice on the forecast of sales.
8. To prepare the commercial proposal for the solution and lead the negotiations with the customer.
9. Generate Enquiries, Customer Visits, work closely with Solution team.
10. Help optimize the sales process.
11. Provides management with suggestions for improving volume, market share and price levels.
12. Owning the Region and account - Account Management.
13. To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors' products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products
14. To train and develop fresh talent in the organization.
Minimum Qualification - MBA Sales & Marketing will have an added advantage, B.Tech or equivalent technical degree.
Years of Experience - 3-5 Years
