We are hiring for a Sales Manager for Starkflow for a Full Time/Permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate US and European markets, with a focus on new client acquisition.
- Leverage your network of industry contacts to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and market alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and areas for growth.
- Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions with stakeholders, including HR executives.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle-from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and manage a sales funnel from scratch.
- Oversee P&L for the sales business and manage client accounts.
- Maintain and update the CRM for effective sales tracking.
Qualifications:.
- Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales within the HR, recruitment, or technology sectors, with a consistent record of exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive network of contacts and potential clients in the US and/or Europe region.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, enabling you to develop effective sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
