Job Description:
Location- Mumbai
India's leading pharma MNC, now pioneering the concept of Digital Therapeutics in India. Parent company has a global presence with a wide range of branded and generic formulations, biotechnology products and APIs in over 100 markets globally.
- 5+ years of Experience in Training and development preferably pharma and chronic therapy is an advantage.
Key Responsibility:
- Develop and implement training programs for field managers, including onboarding/induction on the job training, and soft skills training.
- Travelling across the country in launching the concept of LYFE whilst working with AMs and RMs of LDH.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments including operations, marketing, finance, KAMs, IT, and HR to ensure training programs are aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training modules and materials.
- Manage the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.
- Enable field team in generating leads from the onboarded doctors.
- Develop patient on-boarding road map from 1st contact to the loop closure and a follow up mechanism for lukewarm leads.
- Identify and suggest solving the gaps in the process of doctor and patient experience.
- Identify outliers in the field team and plan a turnaround plan and execute.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
