Job Description:

- You are an expert at Sales techniques and can train others to become experts as well.

- You understand how people learn and can develop systematic training programs that get the best results for each sales rep

- As a Sales Training Manager you are able to identify other sales trainer with in the team and build a Sales Training Machine capable of training new hires each month.

- You know that the initial training is just the beginning of the training and can develop follow-up training and testing to ensure that the sales reps have your training in their DNA and are practicing what they have learned on a daily basis.

- Finally, you are entrepreneurial and enjoy working in a startup environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

- 2 + years experience in managing the training department or equivalent.

- 3+ years training sales reps that sell to customers

- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills

- 2+ years developing effective sales training and monitoring programs from scratch

- Outstanding analytic, organizational and reporting skills

- Strong presentation and closing skills

- Proven track record with teams that you have built and managed which have met or exceeded training requirements

- Strong leadership skills that allow you to lead by example
