We are hiring for Sales Training Manager for our client in the Education/Aviation Sector Based out in Gurugram.
Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Training Manager to lead our Sales Training team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of our sales team. This role involves overseeing the creation of training materials, conducting training sessions, and ensuring that training objectives are met. The Sales Training Manager will also be responsible for team leadership, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Training Program Development: Design and develop effective training programs that align with the organization's sales goals and strategies. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and objectives.
2. Training Delivery: Lead and conduct training sessions for sales team members, both new hires and existing staff. Utilize a variety of training methods to ensure effective learning and skill development.
3. Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content and delivery methods as needed to meet training objectives. Monitor the progress of trainees and provide feedback.
4. Team Leadership: Manage a team of trainers and training coordinators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Ensure the training team is well-coordinated and aligned with organizational goals.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with sales leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that training programs are closely integrated with the sales strategy. Maintain open communication with relevant departments.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain training reports and metrics to track the impact of training programs. Regularly update senior management on the progress and results of training initiatives.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that training materials, methods, and content are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices. Strive for continuous improvement in training quality.
8. Compliance: Ensure that all training activities adhere to relevant compliance regulations and company policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in sales training, including program design and implementation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
