Responsibilities:

- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.

- Achieves sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change.

- Determine training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.

- Develops job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems.

- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.

- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.

- Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills Required:

- 10+ years of experience in Sales training in FMCG company

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high energy levels

- Excellent team player; hands-on with a can-do approach and ability to get things done

- Pro-active with good problem solving skills

- Extremely collaborative and the ability to function in a matrix environment

- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS excel & PowerPoint

- Strong prioritization and time management skills

- Honest and high on integrity
