Excellent opening for a Sales Manager in Digi Alliance, a Taiwan based company who have set up operations in Bangalore.
They are looking for :
1. Minimum 5 years- experience working on Industrial networking field.
2. B2B Sales is a must
3. Experience in working on Govt.'s initiatives like Digital India and Smart Cities preferred.
4. Willing to travel extensively across India.
5. Develop MSI and SI eco-system for Govt. Projects.
6. Sound Business acumen and proven management skills.
7. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
8. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
9. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
10 The Candidate can be located anywhere in India, but willing to cover Sales across India
Requirements :
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise (Telecom & Networking)
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
