Sales Manager - Talent Solutions
Experience : 5.0 - 8.0 Years
Location : Mumbai
Must-Have : Minimum 3 yrs of exp selling HR solutions
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for sales of Talent management Solutions, and key account management.
- Identify new opportunities within strategic clients; engage meaningfully with decision-makers at the enterprise levels
- Identification and closure of new client accounts.
- Consult with senior-level HR executives to create and promote solutions either in one practice or cutting across practices (Virtual Assessment, Virtual Learning, Development, Career Management etc.).
- Operate as the main point of contact for all matters specific to the key accounts
Requirement :
- In-depth knowledge of and selling experience related to HR solutions, especially in areas of assessment, people development, and talent management.
- 5-8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Digitally savvy and plugged into latest developments in the HR/ People development area
