We are currently looking to close a Manager- Sales Strategy & Planning position with the topmost FMCG Conglomerate in India. The position is based in New Delhi.

Job Profile:
1 ) To ensure that the Order Capture system is intact and is operationally improving resulting in enhanced productivity of the sales executives Explore and Execute effective means to drive higher order capture to drive sales.
2 ) Drive Growth Orientation amongst the channel partners
3 ) Information mining to facilitate review and action plan at the Regional / State / Town Level
4 ) Consistency and Standardistion of Delivery
5 ) Projects
6 ) Leveraging Technology to Drive efficiency in our S & D system.
Major Activities:
1 ) Coordination with the key partners managing the order taking from retailers Liaise with the IT Function to ensure seamless operations & work further to develop through effective CRM's Effective Coordination with the Regional Sales Development Managers ( based in the Regional Offices ) and the sales team.
2 ) Effectively Plan & Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the channel Performance Management Programs.
3 ) Distribution led MIS and benchmarks for S&D KPI's actively liaise with the strategic Insights & Analytics Department to ensure insightful & timely reports to drive performance.
4 ) Build Standard operating manuals and standards.
5 ) Active contribution in projects both Cross functional & Sales oriented.
6 ) Be vigil on the development in technology & other FMCG's and explore opportunities Constantly develop our systems / processes effectively leveraging developments in Technology.
- MBA from reputed institute will be preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales development, automation & Analytics , SFA and SFE is required.
- Candidates from FMCG industry or candidates having experience in consulting (serving FMCG clients) are preferred
Expected remuneration: Approx Rs. 26.0-34.0 lacs per annum.
