1. Assist Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing to
- Assess local market, target segments/verticals and develop market strategy and resource plan for execution.
- Report on Sales portfolio penetration, productivity matrix, ROI impact
- Act as a central resource in sales function who is ready to travel anywhere in India for sales optimization
2. To prepare action plans for direct and indirect channel for complete laid down policy of deliverables expected for each channel.
3. On field and off filed training of executives.
4. To provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance of the team.
5. Supervising the daily activities of executives and maintaining daily MIS of the same.
6. Use of technology in the fintech terminology, google maps, etc to be developed in close tie up with IT team for monitoring & lead generation activities by the sales force
7. To act as process enabler from sales point of view with credit and operations team
8. To run and handle end to end sales contest, insurance contest, maintaining 3rd party relationship (General Insurance/Life Insurance companies) for brand
9. To confer with credit managers to aid in resolving loan application to disbursal issues.
