Job responsibilities :
1. Understand the Business fundamentals of Media Industry
2. Identify the customer buying patterns and put together a comprehensive strategy for the organization
3. Capture and analyze micro and macro trends related to geography, technology, and environment & suggest new opportunities for growth
4. Monitor and improve the Revenue parameters across Geography, Product Mix, Channel
5. Stakeholder Management - Work with different stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Marketing teams to execute strategies
Work Experience Preferred :
- Understanding of Business
- Very strong influencing & Analytical skills
- Ability to manage matrix organizations
- Prior experience in driving strategy through an influencer role preferred
- Should come from the Media Industry
Purpose of the Job :
- The objective is to add to the revenue of the organization by identifying new opportunities for growth
- Identify opportunities to drive growth
- Insights through secondary research and external engagement
- Act as an Consultant for various Business Heads to drive growth across unchartered territories
- Analyze the data to bring various insights
