Sales Manager - Startup
- Manage end to end Student enrollment process & team
- Forecasting, Recruitment & Training of team.
- Work with Product / Category Team to ensure budgeted student enrolment for the product / category.
- Lead the student onboarding team responsible
- For explaining the value proposition
- Course structure
- Ensure budgeted trails
- Ensure budgeted conversion
- Work with the product managers / marketing team to build a robust outreach program
- Manage the lead generation, building creative new sales tactics, and implementing growth strategies.
- Own of the growth and development for our Inside Sales/Business Development Team
- Conduct day to day performance management of Business Development Team, including but not limited to delivering performance reviews, conducting any performance-related conversations, and follow up conversations.
- Recruit, Create and Lead Full Team of student onboarding team
- Create strong processes and systems
- Provide regular feedback to the Category / Product & Leadership team on customer speak.
Ideal Candidate :
- 7-8 years of experience leading B2C Sales efforts with Financial Services / Credit Card / Insurance / Postpaid Sales
- Ability to focus on - input- (deep analytics to forecast leads, calls, follow-ups, training) as well as - output- metrics (conversions).
