Salary Range: 6-9 LPA
Job Summary:
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Identify and acquire potential clients.
- Identify potential company for strategic tie-ups and alliances.
- Plan approaches and pitches along with monthly sales target.
- Assistance and sales resource planning.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Monitor sales targets and team performance.
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Must have field sales experience along with team handling.
- The attitude of getting work done by the team and another department.
- Should have great communication skill.
- Should have great negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of English/Hindi and local language.
- Start-up experience shall be preferred with self-starter attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Work Experience (2-4 years) preferred but not a bar for well deserving candidates.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/MBA or equivalent but not a bar for well deserving candidates.
