They are looking at someone who has the following:

1. Have done client acquisition (Captives)

2. New Logos

3. Target oriented

4. Preparing MSA, SOW, RFP, RFQ.

Position: Sales Manager - CAPTIVES & Services

Location: Gurgaon/ Pune

Experience :

9+ years

1. This is a direct sales (Services and CAPTIVES Business) role (Individual Contributor role) with Yearly revenue ownership - sales (revenue) achievement.

2. Ability to identify and acquire new logos, create new business opportunities.

3. Should be able to engage C level executives.

4. Should have good understanding of the Captives industry segment with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) market in south

5. Should be a good communicator with articulative skills. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations/discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.

6. Should be a go-getter

- and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.

7. Should have managed multiple large captive accounts sales.
