Job Description :
- Job involves coordinating large scale travel between businesses and their respective airlines
- Win new airline/ground services/aircraft maintenance customers for cabin inflight, line/heavy maintenance applications.
- To ensure timely updates to tools, proposals, and other assigned duties
- Track and analyse key metrics around customer and product performance.
- Collect, consolidate, and generate monthly and quarterly forecasts and roll up evaluation of the pipeline.
- Identify new opportunities and make the sales pipeline grow.
- Project tracking to support deployments for operations.
- Handle and manage customers' queries or issues.
- Managing the entire end-to-end cycle of sales engagements and RFPs, coordinating transversal teams from team mobilization to deal closing.
- Collaboration and communication within your team across various business departments ensures that projects are run most effectively and efficiently.
- Provide feedback and direction to the organisation on key customer and end-user needs.
- Roll-out further products to existing customers.
- Build solid network at key accounts and gain in-depth understanding of customers' needs.

About You :
- 7-10 year sales/business development/KAM experience in the aviation and/or defence sector
- Previously worked for an airline company is desirable.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Extensive network and business partnerships with the sector's key customers
- In-depth understanding of aviation inflight and line/heavy maintenance operations and the related speciality chemical products
- Track record of achieving sales success
- Passion for the aviation industry
- "Hunter", go-getter attitude, result-oriented
- Outstanding influencing skills and growth mind-set
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelors or higher degree in engineering, chemistry or related
- Hands-on hangar experience is a plus
