Role Description :
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Business Manager Sales.
- The Business Manager Sales will be responsible for managing relationships with customers and identifying business opportunities to meet the company's sales goals. The Business Manager Sales will be expected to analyze market trends and keep abreast of industry developments to maximize brand recognition and maintain customer satisfaction.
Experience : 10-18 Years Direct Selling/ISP/Telecom/Broadband/Leased Line/PRI/Cloud Sales/Solution Selling.
Qualifications :
- Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value proposition and build long-lasting customer relationships.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify revenue opportunities
- Adept at using data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements, and develop new strategies.
- Experience in the IT industry and selling software and services to enterprise level customers is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
