About the Role:.

- CreoTek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and inside. sales teams in the Noida and Gurgaon territories.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing all aspects of the sales process, from acquiring new customers to maintaining and. updating accurate records, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:.

Team Management:.

- Manage and lead the sales and inside sales teams.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive new client acquisitions and sales. processes.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:.

- Conduct sales visits and acquire new customers.

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate. propositions and ethical sales methods.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Processes & Deal Closures:.

- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

- Map information, accounts, and cross-functional domains to provide customized. solutions.

- Achieve or exceed sales targets and increase market share.

Stakeholder Engagement:.

- Build high-level stakeholder connections and relationships externally.

- Engage in commercial terms negotiation and joint cycle planning with customers.

Strategic Planning & Execution:.

- Develop customer plans, including all hiring activities.

- Implement strategies, execute activities, and evaluate the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).

- Conduct sales forecasting, business reviews, and customer reviews.

Product & Market Management:.

- Learn and manage the product portfolio/territory/business according to the. agreed market development strategy.

- Manage product mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.

- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports. and information.

Communication & Coordination:.

- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the. development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with. other company functions as necessary to perform duties.

Administrative Responsibilities:.

- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards. achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.

- Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities and customer. interactions.

Performance Tracking:.

- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

- Prepare and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications:.

- Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.

- Strong understanding of software products, their features, and benefits.

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate strategies effectively.

- Experience in sales forecasting, business reviews, and customer reviews.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
