Job Description:
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Local candidates preferred)
Experience Required: 6 to 15 years in selling embedded software
Key Responsibilities:
Embedded Software Sales:
- Lead the sales efforts for embedded software solutions in the Bangalore and Hyderabad regions.
- Demonstrate a strong track record of selling embedded software with 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.
Client Connections:
- Leverage existing connections in the semiconductor and embedded systems industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within semiconductor/embedded companies.
Account Management:
- Open new embedded accounts in Global Capability Centers (GCCs), which are India development centers of multinational companies (MNCs) from the US, Europe, or both.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing tailored embedded software solutions to meet client needs.
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor and embedded systems sectors.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's footprint in the region.
Candidate Profile:
- Local Expertise: The candidate should be based in Bangalore or Hyderabad and have an in-depth understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Embedded Software Focus: We are specifically seeking candidates with a solid background in embedded software sales.
- Industry Network: Strong network and established connections within the semiconductor and embedded systems industry.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in opening and managing accounts within GCCs and generating new business in the semiconductor/embedded software sectors.
