Job description:


- Help develop aggressive hunting strategy to expand our customer base across US, UK, APAC and EMEA geographies.


- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas across geographies.

project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.


- Deploy key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to expand our product sales.


- Develop and Deploy strategies that are required to achieve the financial targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.


- Candidate needs to demonstrate excellent sales record and ownership to drive the vision.


- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.


- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, understand category-specific landscapes and trends


- Build & nurture a successful sales team and provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel.


- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, national/ international sales events/expos.


Candidate profile:


- From a tier 1 or 2 B-School or equivalent institution (or) has shown fast career growth in a top-tier Product sales (SAAS) or technology organization


- 6-10 years of sales experience in SAAS companies or IT Technology sales


- Strong in selling Products and Solutions across US, UK, EMEA and APAC regions.


- Demonstrable experience in a Sales role, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.


- Proven track record of meeting Sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.


- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals.


- Excellent listening, negotiation, verbal and written communications skills


- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.


Skill Set:


- Experience in selling solutions/products to mid-market and enterprise businesses.


- Good communication & persuasion skills


- Good Technology understanding including recent technologies such as AI and Analytics


Desirable:


- Ability to map customer business problems to our solutions.


- Manager Has international Sales experience
