Sales Revenue Operations Manager- B2B Fintech


Role: Revenue Operations Manager- B2B Fintech


The Manager- Revenue Operations will be responsible for implementing and administering sales initiatives and sales reporting.

As our Sales team expands, there is a need for someone who thrives on attention to detail and has a passion for business and data analysis

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain sales dashboards to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas of improvement.

- Identify revenue leakage opportunities ( if any) by continuously scrutinizing contracts and critically analysing processes

- Build a framework for revenue forecasting across geographies and various levels of the sales org

- Own the "Proposal Centre" function to create ready-to-send proposals for the sales team in a standardized format

- Provide critical insights/reports to aid headcount planning, sales targets, sales incentives, pricing analysis, board reporting, etc.

- Support the sales team with the entire documentation and upload of RFPs/RFQs and RFEs

- Drive cadence through weekly and quarterly reviews

- Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation on the CRM system while proactively eliminating any bottlenecks in the sales CRM process

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, accountability and timely execution of quarterly sales initiatives

- Create various SOPs and periodically review them as and when required

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Business Operations in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, sales metrics, and sales analytics.

- Hands-on experience of SFDC is a must

- Ability to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization.

- Strong experience in working with Microsoft Excel

- Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written
