Responsible for achievement of Retail Fx monthly income targets assigned to the branch.

Responsible for achievement of monthly new to bank clients for building retail fx business.

Responsible for building network of partner agents for remittances, Forex Card & Money gram business from segment like Overseas Education, Travel, Exchange co's, money transfer agents and other

Ensuring availability of Retail Fx, products like Foreign Currency Notes, FCY Demand Drafts, Travellers cheques, Forex Card & Moneygram services in the assigned branch.

Conduct client visits to create product visibility in the assigned geography.

Extend support to the branch service and operations staff in product & process understanding.

Monitor agent partner's data in terms of appointment, activation, dormancy, attrition and others.

Monitoring client wise business contribution and making required plans to increase agent's wallet size.
