Sales Manager (Brand- Non Brand)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales across multiple channels including MT (Bulk Braded/Non-Branded), offline bulk customers, online sales through our platform, and sales from shop.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives and targets.
Multi-Channel Sales Management:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training as needed, and implement strategies to optimize team productivity.
- Prepare regular sales reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed to ensure success.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration in sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, must in the bulk sales segment.
- Minimum experience 7 years.
- Must have experience in sales to large retails like Reliance, D-mart, etc.
- Experience working with companies with a turnover exceeding 100 crores.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the dry fruits industry is a plus.
